Does RoxyBrowser accept cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin) payments?

Yes, RoxyBrowser supports payments via USDT (including common networks like TRC20).

You can select the cryptocurrency payment method on the checkout page to complete your purchase.

Please note that we do not currently support Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. We plan to expand our payment options in the future based on user demand.

Does the RoxyBrowser free version include API access?

Yes, the RoxyBrowser free plan supports API access, suitable for basic automation and profile management needs.

To ensure system stability, the free plan API is subject to specific rate limits.

If you require higher request limits or advanced API capabilities, you can gain more comprehensive support by upgrading to a paid plan.

Is the Team Member feature charged per user or per seat?

RoxyBrowser's team collaboration feature uses a seat-based billing model.

Each additional collaboration seat requires a one-time fee of $5.

Please Note: Once purchased, seats are valid permanently (lifetime access). However, this payment is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please purchase seats based strictly on your team's actual needs.

Are there any hidden fees with RoxyBrowser? Is there a charge for fingerprint database updates?

RoxyBrowser does not have any hidden fees.

All pricing is transparently listed in our plans, and we do not charge users for any undisclosed costs.

Furthermore, fingerprint database updates are provided free of charge to all users.

Even users on the free plan can customize all fingerprint parameters at no additional cost.

What is RoxyBrowser's refund policy?

RoxyBrowser plans are digital subscription services.

Once a subscription is successfully purchased and activated, it is non-refundable.
